The new production lines, imported from Europe and Japan, feature high-speed precision forming technology, advanced coating systems, and automated quality inspection modules. These upgrades allow Jiyuan to increase its two-piece aluminum can output while reducing material waste and energy consumption per unit.

Jiyuan’s total aluminum can capacity currently exceeds 2 billion cans per year across its production bases in Fujian, Hubei, Anhui, and Guangdong.

Early customer feedback has been positive. A procurement manager from a leading beverage group noted that the improved line efficiency has shortened lead times and provided more flexible order quantities, helping the brand manage seasonal demand spikes more effectively.

With China’s beverage market increasingly favoring lightweight, recyclable aluminum packaging, Jiyuan’s technological investment positions the company as a competitive partner for both domestic giants and international brands seeking reliable local supply. The company plans to continue upgrading its equipment portfolio to maintain its edge in quality, cost, and environmental performance.
